WARRANTY INFO

Dixon attachments / DealwithDixon.com products are backed by some of the strongest warranties in the market.

LIMITED WARRANTY – DIXON ATTACHMENTS

All standard and mini attachments are sold with a one-year weld warranty, which covers the structural integrity of the weld on the product. All hydraulic components are covered for 90 days for manufacturer defects.
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper maintenance.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper application, installation, adjustment, or setup.
This warranty does not cover improper modifications of the product.
This warranty covers hydraulic components for 90 days for manufacturer defects only. Does not cover damage or misuse, including hoses that have been ripped or cut.
This warranty is void if any components have been disassembled or modified.
It is our obligation under this Limited Warranty to be solely limited to repairing or replacing any part free of charge that, according to our judgment, shows evidence of a defect in the quality of workmanship or materials for the stated (12) month warranty period. The customer will be responsible for returning the item to Dixon Attachments / Deal With Dixon LLC for warranty work or replacement.
Pictures are required to be submitted to our warranty department prior to starting any claim.
Dixon Attachments / Deal With Dixon LLC. will not be held liable for any property or personal damage that occurs as a result of use. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, death, loss of use, income or profit loss, and property loss or damage.
