WARRANTY INFO

Dixon attachments / DealwithDixon.com products are backed by some of the strongest warranties in the market.

LIMITED WARRANTY – DIXON ATTACHMENTS

  • All standard and mini attachments are sold with a one-year weld warranty, which covers the structural integrity of the weld on the product. All hydraulic components are covered for 90 days for manufacturer defects.
  • This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper maintenance.
  • This warranty does not cover damage due to improper application, installation, adjustment, or setup.
  • This warranty does not cover improper modifications of the product.
  • This warranty covers hydraulic components for 90 days for manufacturer defects only. Does not cover damage or misuse, including hoses that have been ripped or cut.
  • This warranty is void if any components have been disassembled or modified.
  • It is our obligation under this Limited Warranty to be solely limited to repairing or replacing any part free of charge that, according to our judgment, shows evidence of a defect in the quality of workmanship or materials for the stated (12) month warranty period. The customer will be responsible for returning the item to Dixon Attachments / Deal With Dixon LLC for warranty work or replacement.
  • Pictures are required to be submitted to our warranty department prior to starting any claim.
  • Dixon Attachments / Deal With Dixon LLC. will not be held liable for any property or personal damage that occurs as a result of use. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, death, loss of use, income or profit loss, and property loss or damage.
